1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit.

Payment links must include the reservation ID for tracking purposes.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check-in for a refund.

3. Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in: 4:00 pm, Check-out: 12:00 pm. Late check-out incurs additional fees.

4. Guest Responsibilities
